As part of the basic material for the National Transport Plan (NTP) 2022-2033, the transport entities (Avinor AS, Jernbanedirektoratet, Kystverket, Nye Veier AS and Statens vegvesen) have proposed priorities in the use of resources in the period 2022-2033. This is referred to as assignment 9 on priorities. The assignment given to the transport entities, and the entities' response to assignment 9 are available at www.regjeringen.no/ntpoppdrag, together with other assignments and deliveries.

Requirement: Paid taxes and duties.

— Norwegian tenderers: a certificate, not older than 6 months, verifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the tax, employer contribution and VAT payment obligations,

— foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.

A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company, or other form of documentation to verify that the requirement has been met.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.

Documentation:

A description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last three years, together with information on the contracts' value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
