Harstad Municipality calls for tenders for the operation of Blåhuset and Kvadraten, postal address: Hans Egedes gate 17, 9405 Harstad.
Blåhuset must be operated with the following purpose:
— the warming shelter in the ground floor shall be a service which improves the quality of life for drug and alcohol addicts and at the same time encourage a positive change in the behaviour;
— the night lodging service in the first floor shall be a service for homeless who live in Harstad Municipality;
— follow-up residents living in the Kvadraten flats.
