Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT) [the Norwegian Police Shared Services], hereafter called the contracting authority, will enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of administrative vehicles; purchase new, purchase used, leasing and short-term hire (day, week, month, lease up to three years). Further information about who the contract applies to, including who should be considered the client in relation to the contract, is in the special contract terms.
Based on the procurements in previous years and without obligation for the contracting authority, the estimated number of purchase/leasing vehicles during the contract period (including options) is 350-400, and the number of short-term hire vehicles is approx. 2 800-3 000. This amounts to approx. 100 NOK for purchase/leasing and approx. 30 000 000 NOK for short-term hire.

The vehicles will be used for administrative services in the Norwegian Police Service, the Norwegian Bureau for the Investigation of Police Affairs, the Norwegian Correctional Services, Kripos and the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) and the Norwegian Civil Defence.

This procurement includes standard vehicles of different types and sizes The vehicles will be used for administrative services and assignments (meetings etc.) primarily for the police, but also in other parts of the justice sector.

Lot 1 concerns leasing, purchase of new vehicles and purchase of used vehicles.
