The municipal undertaking for social housing has a continual need for the care and maintenance of green areas on its properties. This is important so that the municipal undertaking for social housing can keep the green areas tidy and well kept, in addition to managing the areas in a way that contributes to creating a good housing offer.
The objective of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with 1 service provider of gardener services for the care and maintenance of green areas on properties belonging to the municipal undertaking for social housing.

The objective of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with 1 service provider of gardener services for the care and maintenance of green areas on properties belonging to the municipal undertaking for social housing.
Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement period will be for 1 year from when the contract is signed.
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to a further 1 + 1 + 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
— credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year and that is based on the last known fiscal figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information (Annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's fiscal figures).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of corresponding nature, complexity, degree of difficulty and scope.
— overview of the tenderer's principal, relevant contracts in the last 5 years, including information on:
—— the contracting authority (including name, telephone No and email address);
—— date;
—— contract form (framework agreement/single procurement);
—— contract value;
—— a description of what the contract entailed.
Annex 5 can be filled in, or a separate form can be used. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.
— sufficient capacity and suitable manpower to execute the contract.
— an overview shall be given of the company's total manpower and an account that states the company has sufficient capacity and suitable competence to implement the assignment.
Tenderers must have a well functioning quality assurance system.
— a certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO certification. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.
