The demolition works include 10 large and small buildings and the buildings are mainly made of wood. The works also include some removal of the current infrastructure connected to the buildings. 5 of the buildings have been used as a combination of a lumber yard, sales outlet and offices, while 3 of the buildings are farmhouses and a barn at an old farm while 1 of the building is listed as a leisure building.
