Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall in Kristiansand is one of Scandinavia's most exciting environments for professional performing arts and music. The arts centre houses Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera, Kilden Kultur, Kilden Dialog og Digital. In 2019, 176 000 audience members experienced 848 concerts, performances and events in Kilden, carried out by a diverse team representing 257 man-labour years and 26 nationalities.
We seek a supplier of wine, food products, fruit and vegetables to be able to serve our guests at the bar, Frihavn restaurant, courses and conference attendees as well as an employee canteen. The anticipated annual scope will be approx. NOK 3 million-NOK 3.5 million excluding VAT per year. A 2-year framework agreement will be entered into with a supplier. Furthermore, the contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement for 2 additional years, 1 year at a time.
The competition consists of three lots that will be evaluated individually. Tenders can be submitted for one, two or three lots.
