This procurement concerns continuation of the current interaction tool supplied by the manufacturer Mattermost: Mattermost enterprise edition E20.
The tool is used by environments working with development and operation of professional applications. These are employees and contracted consultants who are geographically spread but need interaction in order to plan deliveries, discuss technical problems and request user-support from a central team.
The contract duration is one year from signing and the Norwegian Tax Administration will have the option to extend the contract three times, one year at at time. The maximum contract duration is 4 years. The upper economic limit of the contract over 4 years is anticipated to be NOK 10 million excluding VAT.
