The tender contest includes the following 3 co-ordinated agreements:

— purchase agreement: purchase agreement between the customer and the supplier, entered into simultaneously with the framework agreement and the maintenance agreement, which determines terms for the delivery,

— framework agreement: framework agreement between the customer and the supplier, entered into entered into simultaneously with the purchase agreement and the maintenance agreement, which determines the conditions for the call-off of specified goods and services to the customer's network infrastructure,

— maintenance agreement: service agreement between the customer and the supplier, entered into simultaneously with the purchase agreement and the framework agreement, regarding more defined, ongoing maintenance services related to the customer's existing network infrastructure for access networks and the extensions that are added to it by virtue of call-off contracts.

The purchase agreement, the framework agreement and the maintenance agreement must be entered into between the contracting authority and one legal person.

The contract period of the framework agreement is 2 years, with an option for 2 extensions, 1 year at a time. The maximum contract period is therefore 4 years.

The contract period of the maintenance agreement is 2 years, with an option for 4 extensions, 1 year at a time The maximum contract period is therefore 6 years.

The purchase agreement period is specified in SSA-K, annex 4.

The estimated agreement values are between 25 000 000 NOK-75 000 000 NOK investment needs. The total value should not exceed 120 000 000 NOK during the agreement period. It is difficult to anticipate future call-offs on the contract and the value can therefore be higher or lower than estimated.
