The procurement concerns construction of a multi-purpose hall that will primarily be used by Majorstuen skole [Majorstuen School]. The hall will provide daytime facilities for the school but will also be available to sports clubs of an evening.
A contract is announced for the construction of a complete multi-purpose hall. The playing surface will be equivalent to a basketball court of 20 m x 32 m. The playing surface must be able to be divided into three separate areas where activities can take place simultaneously. A total of six changing rooms will be built, three for boys and three for girls, with handicap adaptations, as well as three teacher changing rooms. The hall will be built complete underground and only skylight windows, emergency exits and ventilation will be visible from above ground.
Majorstuen multi-purpose hall will be situated wall to wall with Sonja Henie Ice-rink in Frognerparken and includes a total of 2 122 m GFA. The park has strict conservation provisions that must be observed.
The project is subject to financing.
The engineering design group with architecture, landscape architecture and technical disciplines will be transferred to a turnkey contractor.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all subsuppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding NOK 500 000 excluding VAT.

Requirement: the tenderer must have a quality assurance system suited to the content of the contract.
Documentation requirement: the tenderer must present a description of the tenderer’s quality assurance measures. Tenderers must attach procedures and check-lists for the services offered in the contract, which show satisfactory quality assurance of the deliveries/services.

• signed certificate from the contracting authority stating the value of the work, date and location of execution, as well as to what extent the work was professionally and properly carried out.
In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of assignments carried out more than 5 years ago will also be taken into consideration.
