The procurement concerns construction of a multi-purpose hall that will primarily be used by Majorstuen School. The hall will provide daytime facilities for the school but will also be available for sports clubs in the evenings.
A contract is announced for the construction of a complete multi-purpose hall. Playing surface will be equivalent to a basketball court of 20 m x 32 m. It must be possible to split the playing surface into three separate areas with simultaneous activities. A total of six changing rooms will be built, three for boys and three for girls, with handicap adaptations, as well as three teacher changing rooms. The hall will be constructed below ground level and only skylight windows, emergency exits and ventilation will be visible above ground.
Majorstuen multi-purpose hall will be situated wall to wall with Sonja Henie Ice Rink in Frognerparken and will be 2 122 m gross. The park has strict preservation provisions that must be adhered to.
The project is subject to financing.
The engineering design group with architecture, landscape architecture and the technical disciplines will be transferred to the turnkey contractor.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all subsuppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding NOK 500 000 excluding VAT.

Documentation requirement: tenderers must present a description of the tenderer's quality assurance measures. Tenderers must attach procedures and check lists for the services offered in the contract, which show satisfactory quality assurance of the delivery/services.

A description of two reference projects with a statement of the type of building, size, the contract's value, date of delivery/execution and the name of the contracting authority.
• A signed certificate from the contracting authority stating the value of the work, date and location of the execution, as well as the extent to which the work was carried out professionally and properly.
In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of assignments carried out more than 5 years ago will also be taken into consideration.
