Nordland County would like to enter into a 2-year framework agreement with a tenderer of paper/plastic and catering products for professional use. The contract can be extended for up to 2 years, for 1 year at a time.
The competition will be held as a pure price competition. The aim is to achieve a fixed discount per product group. In order to get comparable figures, the attached spreadsheet shall be filled in with recommended prices and product group discounts. Please note that this discount will apply to all of the goods belonging to the product group in the tenderer's official recommended price list.
The competition is divided into seven lots: Ofoten, Lofoten, Vesterålen, Salten, Rana, Vefsn and Outer Helgeland.
Tenders for the main contract, as a part of a joint tender for all lots are not allowed. Tenders must be submitted for each lot the tenderer wants to submit tenders for.
