Tenderers will provide services for children who have been or who are vulnerable to gross neglect. The reason for the gross neglect can often be related to mental disorders, substance abuse, or violence. The children in question can express anger/aggression, also in the form of various relationship and communication difficulties. The work can be connected to children who live at home, children who have been moved to a foster home, and children (older than 18) who are about to establish themselves as independent adults.
