Kort beskrivelse:
The assignment contains two lots and is published in one call for tenders. There must be one provider for each lot.
The assignment consists of lot A, which is the ordinary tender and lot B, which is guidance services under the new integration law.
The contracting authority requires that applicants must apply for both lot A and lot B. We base this on the fact that both ordinary career guidance and guidance prior to the introductory program are statutory tasks that must be included the County’s career centres and that we want the broadest possible professional environment for the guidance services.

A framework agreement will be signed with one service provider per region. The agreement period is 1 year. Option for 3 (1 + 1 + 1) years extension.

Description of requirements/documentation: the tenderer must have good economic and financial implementation ability and must comply with the requirement by stating the operating result, e.g. a rating from a certified credit rating agency. ‘Good implementation ability’ is defined as score A/equivalent to score A or better. The contracting authority can require documentation before the agreement is signed.
