The contracting authority calls for tenders for a contractor related to project K651 Spjelkavik Arena in Ålesund municipality. The project is to be executed as a turnkey contract with interaction.

— interaction phase — the development of a draft and a preliminary project as an interaction process;
— execution phase — detailed engineering design, implementation and take-over;
— commissioning period.
The contract is based on the NS 8407 standard. The interaction phase must be executed as a fixed price process that must be further described in the tender.
