Qualification requirement:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign tenderers can submit an equivalent certificate in accordance with the legislation in the tenderer's country of establishment.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement:

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. This involves fulfilling the following requirements:

— Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 5 %,

— An average annual turnover of minimum NOK 20 million in the last 3 accounting years.

Documentation requirement:

The tables in chapter E2 must be completed. The contracting authority will check the stated amount with publicly available information.

Relevant experience

Qualification requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following work.

Documentation requirement:

A list of up to 5 but no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out or is carrying out in the last 5 years, calculated from the tender deadline. The list shall, c.f. the form included in chapter E, include the following for each of the contracts:

— name of the recipient (contracting authority);

— description of the nature of contract work, including the relevance in relation to the qualification requirements points 1 and 2;

— the type of work that was carried out by the tenderer and the type of work that was carried out by sub-contractors (contract facilitators);

— the date of the delivery;

— the value of the contract;

— reference person/contact person at the contracting authority with contact data (telephone number and email address), and a statement of the person in question's role at the contracting authority during the contract. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that reference persons are available and will provide a reference.

The builders' experiences.

Innlandet County and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be assessed.

Tenderers are required to show references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.

Conditions that will be evaluated are connected to i.a.:

— documentation of completed quality,

— fulfilment of contracts,

— compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE,

— compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions,

— observance of deadlines,

— follow up during the warranty/claims period,

— use of apprentices.

The qualification requirement is to be documented through the list described above in point 2.4.1.

The contracting authority will go through the above bullet points with the references.
