Møre og Romsdal County invite tenderers to a competition for a contract for the delivery of vessels to Fræna sixth form college.
The contracting authority aims at arranging two lots for this contract:
1) Vessel (basic equipment);
2) Vessel including equipment for fishing.

Additional information:
The contracting authority uses electronic procurement processes via the system provider Mercell (www.mercell.no).
Amongst other things, tenders must be submitted electronically within the stated tender deadline.
Tenderers are responsible for submitting tenders by the tender deadline.
Tenderers are recommended, therefore, to submit tenders well before the deadline expires, for example, at least 1 hour before the tender deadline.
An electronic signature will be required when submitting a tender.
All communication in the procurement process is to take place via Mercell. This is because all communication must be logged.
