Kort beskrivelse:

The procurement and contract are administered by Bodø Municipality on behalf of 21 municipalities and some municipal businesses. These municipalities and units are part of Samordna Innkjøp i Nordland (SIIN) (Coordinated Procurement in Nordland) as the contracting authority.

There will be many buyers in this framework agreement, for example schools, before-and-after school care (Norwegian: SFO) units and nurseries.

The contract comprises delivery of products that are included in several different product categories. Examples of such products are:

— writing, drawing and painting materials,

— polystyrene and wadding materials,

— canvases and stickers,

— model clay and sand,

— pearls, trinkets and accessories,

— pasteboard, paper and cardboard,

— glue and tape,

— scissors and pencil sharpeners,

— yarn, textiles and accessories,

— various art subject materials,

— activity and learning,

— toys,

— construction,

— games.

The contracting authority has the option for extending the framework agreement for 1 + 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate issued by the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The company registration certificate must not be older than 3 months at the tender deadline.

Foreign tenderers: certificate(s) of statutory registration in the country where the company is established. The certificate must not be older than 3 months at the tender deadline. The required documentation is listed in Annex 1 ‘Firmaattest’.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement using the following information:

(a) last submitted annual accounts with notes including auditor's declaration. See Annex 2 ‘Årsregnskap’. A statement of the company's total turnover, etc. for the three last available fiscal years. Cf. Annex 3 ‘Nøkkeltall’.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The contracting authority shall consider the tenderer’s experience with deliveries of the products included in the contract. Documentation requirement:

— an overview of the most important deliveries that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years, together with information on the contract's value, delivery or execution date, and the name of the recipient — see Annex 4 ‘Erfaringsoversikt’;

— a description of the management of the supply chain and the tracking systems that the tenderer will use for executing the contract — see Annex 5 ‘Leverandørkjeden’;

— a description of the proportion of the contract that the tenderer expects to be assigned to subsuppliers — see Annex 6 ‘Underleverandører’;

— a description of environmental competence/environmental management measures that the tenderer has to address environmental challenges during the execution of the contract;

— a description of the tenderer's professional competence in cleaning and cleaning products;

— any relevant certificates of apprenticeship must also be submitted — see Annex 7 ‘Kompetanse’ for further description.
