The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:
538 000 mks of roads in total, of which
536.3 mks are county roads,
1.7 mks are county foot/cycle paths.
The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 75 to approx. ADT 11 000 and an annual traffic growth of 2.5 % is expected.
The assignment mainly consists of routine operational assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also includes supervision, inspection and recording, planning of the business, stand-by for winter operations and general traffic flow, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must fulfil the following requirements:
Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.
Average annual turnover of minimum NOK 35 million for the last 3 fiscal years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(a) B2-2.4.1 Relevant experience
The tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:
1) The main disciplines included in the assignment include: operation and maintenance of roads;
2) The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
— winter operations
— cleaning of traffic areas/traffic objects
— construction notification and traffic management.
(b) B2-2.4.2 The builder's experiences
Innlandet county and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be assessed.
The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that he has carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Conditions that will be evaluated are connected to i.a.:
Documentation of executed quality
Fulfilment of contracts
Compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE
Compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions
Compliance with deadlines
Follow up in the guarantee period
Use of apprentices
Health, safety and environment (HSE), and quality.
(c) B2-2.5.1 SHA system
Tenderers must have a system that show that they works pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review.
(d) B2-2.5.2 Accident frequency (H1-value)
Tenderers and their central contract facilitators should have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last 3 years.
