Rælingen Municipality requests consultancy services for supplementing contributions from the occupational health service and the municipality's own internal resources that work with support and development of the organisation and the management. The consultancy services shall include ongoing services, assistance in handling complaints, conflicts and crises, sparring and advice to the municipality's top management, as well as preparing a management development program for the Municipality.
