2020-111 KON Broadband Development Møre og Romsdal

Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune

Møre og Romsdal County is responsible for ensuring that broadband development with public support in 10 municipalities is announced as a joint contest, in accordance with the public procurement regulations and the government support rules.
The notice has therefore Møre og Romsdal County as the contracting authority, but it will be each individual municipalities, cf. point 1.2.1 in the tender documentation, that will be the contract party and responsible for their sub-project.
The county is responsible for ensuring that the development of the 11 sub-projects is announced as a joint contest, in accordance with the public procurement regulations and government support rules. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more of the sub-projects.
The contract is subject to approval and financing the costs in each municipal council, and that the tender is within the resources that have been set aside for the project. If there is limited financing, the contracting authority for each sub-project is fee to cancel the contest.
