Molde kommune

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of consumables for the above mentioned municipal entities.
ROR Innkjøp and NII are the contract party for all the ROR and NII municipalities. ROR will sign the contract on behalf of all the ROR municipalities who are part of the contest. The contract will be signed by all the municipalities for NII.
There will be one contact person for ROR Innkjøp and one for NII in the contract period.
The users of the contract will mainly be all the entities in the municipalities.

Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority would like tenders within the following product categories:
— sub-contest 1: office and computer supplies, copypaper and school accessories,
— sub-contest 2: soft tissue paper, cleaning products, and disposable articles,
— sub-contest 3: catering and catering packaging for industrial kitchens and canteens.
With the exception of:
— disposable gloves,
— dishcloths/washing gloves,
— paper for couches in doctor surgeries,
— disposable aprons.
The contracting authority has separate contracts for these. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the overview of products in the procurement documents, price sheet annex 03, must not be seen as exhaustive/final, and that new products with the segment can be added during the contract period.

Special conditions for the product groups:
Lot 1:
The municipalities' industrial kitchens in ROR Innkjøp and all units in NII are not covered by the framework agreement for coffee, tea and biscuits. There is a separate framework agreement for these. The remaining units in ROR Innkjøp will procure tea and coffee and biscuits, etc., under this contract.

NII is not included in the framework agreement for the delivery of coffee, tea and biscuits, but wants to enter the contract upon further agreement.
Coffee filters are included in sub-contest 1.
Sub-contest 3:
Catering and catering packaging for industrial kitchens and canteens. If the chosen tenderer does not have a special type of packaging that is suitable for special food, the contracting authority reserves the right to procure packaging from another supplier until the tenderer (possibly) has obtained the correct products. This will apply to a few users who have special diets.
