The tenderer must, in accordance with the framework agreement, deliver workwear, protective equipment and associated products and services within the following product groups:
1) Clothing;
2) Footwear;
3) Head protection;
4) Hearing protection;
5) Hand protection;
6) Body protection;
7) Breathing protection;
8) Clean room fabrics;
9) Eye protection.
The framework agreement must cover the contracting authority's need for clothing and protection for many different types of work, for example, within:
— electro work,
— plumbing work,
— welding,
— painting work,
— carpentry work,
— mechanical work,
— salvage work (with a strict need for visibility), etc.
The products will be used in different environments, both indoors and outdoors, such as in production workshops, minor workshops, on construction sites and during maintenance in the field. Final users will be, for example, personnel in stationary departments (such as workshops and construction sites) and personnel in mobile departments (vessels and exercising departments). The work can take place both in Norway and abroad, for example under the direction of ISAF, NATO, EU and the UN.
The products will be used in different environments, both indoors and outdoors, such as in production workshops, minor workshops, on construction sites and during maintenance in the field.
