The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for workwear, protective equipment and associated products and services of high-quality. The contracting authority has a continual need for workwear and protective equipment. This covers both the expected and sudden needs, at the same time that focus is put on level-headedness and control and management of consumption.
The framework agreement will ensure good cooperation with a loyal and strategic partner with good knowledge and experience, who is continually able to comply with the purpose of the framework agreement. Central focus areas for the framework agreement are, amongst others, reduced environmental impact, optimisation and standardisation of the assortment, management of consumption and procurements through catalogue and analysis work.

Estimert totalverdi: 85 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The tenderer must, in accordance with the framework agreement, deliver workwear, protective equipment and associated products and services within the following product groups:
1) Clothing;
2) Footwear;
3) Head protection;
4) Hearing protection;
5) Hand protection;
6) Body protection;
7) Breathing protection;
8) Clean room fabrics;
9) Eye protection.
The framework agreement must cover the contracting authority's need for clothing and protection for many different types of work, for example, within:
— electro work,
— plumbing work,
— welding,
— painting work,
— carpentry work,
— mechanical work,
— salvage work (with a strict need for visibility), etc.
The products will be used in different environments, both indoors and outdoors, such as in production workshops, minor workshops, on construction sites and during maintenance in the field. Final users will be, for example, personnel in stationary departments (such as workshops and construction sites) and personnel in mobile departments (vessels and exercising departments). The work can take place both in Norway and abroad, for example under the direction of ISAF, NATO, EU and the UN.

There is, thus, a need for a broad spectrum of products that tolerate tough and frequent use and that provide good protection in demanding environments.
Products and services must be delivered to all of the contracting authority's locations. See www.forsvaret.no/fakta/tjenestesteder for an overview of the contracting authority's locations.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the products in Annex D only represent volume products for use in the competition. The contracting authority will have a unilateral right to expand or reduce the delivery scope for clothing, protective equipment and accessories within the respective product groups stated in Annex D.

The framework agreement will have an estimated value of 85 000 000 NOK excluding VAT, including options for an extension. The estimate is done based on previous figures an/or anticipated future use according to the contracting authority's best knowledge. The estimate is not intended to be either an upper or lower limit for what can be procured under the framework agreement and does not involve obligations pertaining to call-offs or procurements. The concrete call-offs are dependent on the contracting authority and the users' changing needs in the framework agreement period. These can particularly vary depending on completed exercises, inflow, allied forces' needs and other things in the contract period.
