The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one or more suppliers for the purchase of courses in functional programming, i.a. In Java and Python, as well as some support tools such as Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL etc. and cloud platforms such as AKS, EKS and GKE.
Multiple contracts will not be needed for the same course area. The tenderers can deliver tender offers for one or more course areas (see Point 3 in the requirement specification).
