Nordland fylkeskommune [Nordland county] needs a new framework agreement for the delivery of mobile devices, primarily mobile telephones and PC tablets.
It is desirable to have a system/solution where the purchase and administration of devices and any subscriptions related to this are combined in one place, so that the contracting authority has access to a comprehensive administration system in one and the same place (web-based platform).
The contract will apply for 1 year, with the opportunity to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.

Nordland county will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the delivery of mobile telephones and tablet PCs with Android and iOS operative systems, additional equipment, operative systems, as well as additional equipment, on-line shop and service. The contract does not include SIM cards or subscriptions and automatic message counting.

The estimated volume is approx. 150 devices per year. Nordland county emphasizes that this is only an estimate, based on previous consumption. The consumption will be able to increase as a result of new procedures connected to mobile devices that are currently worked with internally in Nordland county.
