Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to complete the contract.
Requirement: Tenderers must have good credit worthiness without a requirement for security.
Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must document that he has sufficient technical and professional qualifications to implement the contract.
Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from similar assignments/contracts.
Documentation: The tenderer´s 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years, including their values, dates and recipients (names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses).
Krav: Leverandøren skal være tilknyttet en returordning for retur av emballasje som Grønt Punkt Norge AS eller tilsvarende returordning, eller ha utarbeidet egne retningslinjer med rutine for retur og sluttbehandling av emballasje.
Dokumentasjonskrav: Dokumentasjon på medlemsskap i en returordning eller dokumentasjon på egne retningslinjer for retur av emballasje.
Requirement: Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality management system.
Documentation requirement: Certificates in accordance with the national/international environmental management/management system standard. An account of equivalent environmental management/measures in the company will also be accepted.

Justification for cancellation NTNU has decided to cancel the contest with immediate effect. Pursuant to PPR § 25-4, first paragraph, the contracting authority is allowed to cancel the contest with immediate effect if there is a justifiable reason. It should be noted that on 3 April 2020, following the publication of the contest and before the deadline for receipt of tenders, an amendment to the contract was implemented in Appendix 7a Pricing and Payment Regulations, point 2 Price change. The deadline for receipt of tenders was postponed to 22 April 2020. The change in Appendix 7a has subsequently been subject to an internal legal assessment and it is concluded that this may be a significant change in the basis of contest. The Procurement Regulations section 14-2, first paragraph, does not allow significant changes in the basis of contest, and there are consequently factual grounds for canceling the competition. The tender contest will be re-published ASAP. We aim at publishing the tender contest in a similar manner and without significant changes in the basis of competition.
