ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the procurement section, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of vehicles with the accompanying extra equipment.
The procurement is for vans that are eligible for grants as group 2 vehicles in accordance with the regulations on grants for motor vehicles or other means of transport. The vehicles must be registered as passenger cars.
The procured vehicles will be specially adapted at a car rebuilder for users' individual needs for, e.g., ramp, lift, levelling or lowering the floor, special adaptations for acceleration/brake/control, etc.
The procurement is divided into eight independent subcontracts.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline expiry date.
Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.

Foreign tenderers: certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have the financial ability to implement the contract.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will obtain a credit rating carried out by Experian; see www.Experian.no
If the tenderer feels that the credit rating will not provide an accurate picture, please send supplementary information together with the qualification application.
