Arbeids- og velferdsetaten v/NAV Økonomi- og styringsavdelingen, anskaffelsesseksjonen, (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Division), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with the procurement of footmuff for wheelchair and trolley, and rain cape.
According to the National Insurance Act chapter 10, all those who have had their ability to work and their everyday functional ability significantly and permanently reduced due to illness, injury or disability, have the right to necessary and appropriate aids. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a broad range of footmuffs for wheelchairs and trolleys as well as rain capes to cover the majority of the needs of the relevant users.
