Vinmonopolet (the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly) wants to enter into a nationwide framework agreement for the purchase of work shoes for their shop and warehouse employees. The contract will include delivery of work shoes and some associated equipment such as soles and polishing equipment for all of Vinmonopolet’s shops. The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years + 1 year + 1 year.
