Arbeids-og velferdsetaten v/NAV Økonomi- og styringsavdelingen, anskaffelsesseksjonen, [the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the Procurement Section] hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of communication aids and associated accessories, spare parts and services.
The purpose of the procurement is to establish an assortment of the necessary and appropriate communication aids for persons who need them due to reduced functionality. The contest will also include accessories, spare parts and services.
The tender contest is divided into sub-contracts for the best possible coverage of the need for the relevant user groups, to ensure comparable products and contribute to having the desired product range.
In lots 1-5 and 7-11, contracts will be signed with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users needs.
A contract will be signed with one tenderer for lot 6.
