Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) needs to establish two parallel framework agreements which shall cover the agency's requirements for environmental technical ground surveys, environmental technical consultancy and environmental technical engineering design for the agency's projects and departments. The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the agency has human resources that are not available internally and that are necessary in order to implement the agency's construction projects. VAV reserves the right to conduct separate tender contests, outside the framework agreement, for larger volumes and complicated plants, and when the agency finds it suitable. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 20 000 000 divided over a 6-year period. This is only an estimate and is not binding on VAV. The annual consumption will vary dependent on the agency's scope of assignments.
