The excavation and ground works were initiated in the first quarter of 2019. The planned completion of the building project is in the second quarter of 2024

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have adequate financial implementation ability.
Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers are requested to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts for the last 3 years.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have the adequate financial capacity to carry out the assignment. The contracting authority shall make assessments thereof based on the tenderer's given reference projects.
A description shall be given of 3 reference projects with a transferable value from the last years, including information on:
Contracting authority's name
— a description of the content of the assignment,
— the scope of the contract,
— the date of the delivery.
A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
