The project life science project consists of a construction project and a user equipment project with respective cost frameworks of NOK 5 677 billion and NOK 1 141 billion. The excavation and ground works were initiated in the first quarter of 2019. The planned completion of the building project is in the second quarter of 2024.

The building project is situated at Gaustadbekkdalen Nord in Oslo. The site is 35 505 m
The equipment units included in this tender contest shall be located in UiO's [the University of Oslo] premises. Consequently, the contracts with the relevant number of articles shall be transferred to the UiO for follow-up of conditions that apply after the equipment has been transferred to the UiO. This concerns i.a. the tenderer’s warranty obligations and/or follow-up of conditions related to claims.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have adequate financial implementation ability.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers are requested to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts for the last 3 years.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have the adequate financial capacity to carry out the assignment. The contracting authority shall make assessments thereof based on the tenderer's given reference projects.
A description shall be given of three reference projects with a transferable value from the last years, including information on:
— contracting authority's name,
— a description of the content of the assignment,
— the scope of the contract,
— the date of the delivery.
A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
