Tenders for a turnkey contract: K101 Turnkey Contract.
Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] has been tasked by Justis- og beredskapsdepartementet [the Ministry of Justice and Public Security] (JD) to renovate the technical facilities in parts of the buildings at Ila Prison and Detention Centre. It will be necessary to transfer employees and prisoners to Romerike Prison, Ullersmo Department during this work.

Temporary premises are planned with barracks with standards TEK10 and TEK17.
The barracks are to be established in three different areas, one of which is to be established outside the security fence/wall, and two are to be established inside the security fence/wall.
The scope is 30-40 barracks in accordance with the TEK17 requirement and 7-8 barracks in accordance with the TEK10 requirement. The rental period will be 20 months, with an option for an extension for up to 24 months.
In addition, a temporary car park is to be developed outside the security fence and an exercise yard inside the security fence.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer is required to have sufficient experience from assignments of comparable value.
A description must be submitted for up to 3 reference projects with comparative value with information on:
The project name
Contracting authority
The project's scope in m2/barracks and costs
Function and type of barracks (TEK10 and TEK17).
The assignment´s contract value excluding VAT
The company´s assignments/role in the project
The start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed - where one is in the project.
If a company/companies that will carry out the engineering design services are not the same as those who carried out the engineering design services in the reference projects in point 1, the engineering design company/companies that will carry out the engineering design services, must document up to 3 reference projects with a comparative value, with the information stated in point 1 above.
