Name: Håkonshallen uu-measures

Håkonshallen in Bergen was constructed in approx. year 1250 and is the country's largest temporal building from the middle ages and is a sanctified royal hall. Håkonshallen is used annually for more than 50 public events such as Royal dinners, banquets, concerts, receptions, and ceremonies. The hall is open daily as a Museum. A large number of people visit the building every year, and a normal percentage of them are disabled. The main entrance has two high steps and there is currently no step-free access to Håkonshallen.

In order to make Håkonshallen available for everyone, new step-free access will be established for both Håkonshallen and the Stable Building. A new entrance will be constructed under the glass bridge that will connect Håkonshallen and the stable building. A new lift will also be established on the outside of Jørgen Hanssøn's sole foundation, which will give access to all floors. The measure requires a hole to be made in Jørgen Hanssøn's sole foundation and that the floors are adapted in several places to the new solution.

In addition to this, the project will include an upgrade of the toilets in the stable building, as well as an upgrade of various uu conditions for partially sighted and deaf persons (see the report from Vistra Utredning).
Currently funds are only allocated up until the preliminary project is approved. The detailed engineering design services and follow-up in the construction and claims phase depend on the project getting the necessary approvals from public authorities and the necessary grants. Services in the latter mentioned phases will therefore be options for Statsbygg.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Considerable experience is required for ARK and LARK, sufficient experience from engineering design services for construction projects with a comparable value is required for PGK, RIB, RIV and RIE companies.
A description of approx. one A4 side per project for up to three reference projects with a comparable value is required for each company in the group, for the disciplines they represent,
