Statsbygg requests in connection with project 1004910 New Government District, tenders for the following consultancy assignment:
H147 Hire of project management coworkers.
The project would like tenders for project coworkers within the following categories:
— project managers
— progress planner
— completion planner, for the entire collocation of the New Government District project
— completion/MOM coordinator.
Statsbygg needs to join up with up to 5-10 project coworkers/resources, who will be included in Statsbygg's project organisation.
The project New Government District must contribute to the reconstruction of the Government District between Akersgata and Møllergata, with a concentrated development for good area utilisation. The contract applies for construction stage 1, with an option for including construction stages 2 and 3 respectively.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Organisational and legal position.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Ability to handle security graded information.

Throughout the entire project execution phase, the provider must have the ability to manage and store shield-worthy (security graded) information in the scope and the grading level included in the contract work. The offered personnel must comply with the statutory Norwegian security clearance requirements

A signed and completed 'self-declaration on security', see Annex 4. If information is available about the tenderers and/or their sub-contractors, that gives the contracting authority grounds to believe that the qualification requirement will not be fulfilled, this may result in the tender offer being rejected. In such a case further documentation can be requested from the tenderer and/or Statsbygg itself will obtain further information.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Economic and financial capacity

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be weighted.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
