The framework agreement period will be 2 years with an option for extensions for 1 year at a time, however the total contract period must not exceed 6 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally registered company. Norwegian companies must attach a company registration certificate.
Foreign companies must attach registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The economic and financial standing must be documented by the following information:
(a) the last annual accounts;
(b) the last annual report and the auditor's report, unless the tenderer has chosen not to include this;
(c) any recent relevant information;
(d) solidity assessment from a company with a licence to run a credit information company. The evaluation must not be older than 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. It must be based on the last approved accounting figures and should report on the credit worthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).

If a tenderer will rely on another company's capacity to fulfil the economic and financial standing requirement, this company must also fulfil the qualification requirement and submit documentation in accordance with points a - d above in addition to a signed commitment statement.

A copy of a quality assurance certificate (ISO 9001/equivalent), issued by an accredited certification body. Alternatively, a description can be given of the tenderer's systems for quality assurance, as well as how they are implemented and managed in the company.
