We would like to retain the property's natural characteristic, but adapt for considerably more children than we currently have. Feasibility studies and proposals for the detailed development plan have carefully studied the feasibility of nursery place numbers as regards maximum use of the property within the applicable framework conditions. A new building with 2 floors can facilitate 120 nursery places in Gjettumkollen. The standard area programme for new nurseries will form the basis for the rooms and functions. The total developed area must be kept within 13 m
