NAV Tiltak Eastern Viken shall enter into a contract for the labour market measure work related rehabilitation for employees who are reported sick and persons with reduced working capacity in such a way that the person concerned is prevented from getting employment or keeping paid work.
The work related rehabilitation shall strengthen the individual's work ability and contribute to mastering health-related and social problems that prevent participation in the working life. The aim of the measure is that participants will get or remain in ordinary work.
