Hordaland County. The service locations cannot be changed after Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane merge to 1 county.
The services must be provided in Bergen, Voss and Stord (3 service locations).
All service locations must be situated in the central areas in relation to public transport.
The anticipated need for the entire Hordaland County is 140 — 170 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
The anticipated need for the Bergen area is 115 — 135 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
The anticipated need for Voss/Hardanger is 5 — 10 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
The anticipated need for Sunnhordland is 20 — 25 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
Value:
The maximum contract value for the total contract period of 4 years is estimated to up to 150 000 000 NOK.
Note that this is an estimate, only, and is not binding for NAV. Based on the above listed uncertainty factors the contract value is very uncertain. The contract value can be higher but will most likely be lower than the estimated maximum value.
The utilisation of the measure, and thereby the value of the contract, is dependent on numerous changeable factors. I.a. the users’ requirements, allocation of necessary capital for implementation, the priorities of the counties and other framework conditions. The NAV county is free to control the use of measures based on requirements and available financial frames for each county.
