The Contracting Authority to this contract is the Norwegian Pharmaceutical Trust which implements the contract on behalf of the 4 regional health authorities; Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, Western Norway Regional Health Authority, Central Norway Regional Health Authority and Northern Norway Regional Health Authority as well as Lovisenberg Diakonale Sykehus AS, Diakonhjemmet Sykehus AS and the Norwegian Armed Forces, c/o the Logistics Organisation (FLO).

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract can be extended for up to 4 years, 2 years at a time. The maximum total contract period is four (8) years (4+2+2).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate.

Foreign tenderers shall provide authorisation(s) for statutory registration in the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract obligations.

The Contracting Authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:

Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report.

Profit and loss account and balance sheet (unrevised) for this year (the last concluded accounting period prior to the deadline for receipt of tenders).

Documentation showing that the tenderer has an option for financing a stand-by storage in accordance with Annexes 7A and 7B (e.g. a guarantee from the holding company).

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

The Contracting Authority shall emphasise tenderers who have profitable operations and positive equity in the evaluation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have good ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.

The Contracting Authority will consider tenderers' experience with assignments relevant to the services in this contract, based on the following:

A short description of the tenderer's personnel and technical units at the tenderer's disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

An overview of the most important service supplies the tenderer has carried out during the last 10 years, together with information about the contract value, date of delivery and execution and the name of the recipient.
