The objective of the contract is to ensure overall and coordinated water quality monitoring for the owner municipalities of the water area PURA.
By continuing the freshwater monitoring a general and uniformed monitoring programme based on main stations that report back to the on-line based professional application “Vannmiljø” (the Water Environment) shall be established. The objective of the monitoring programme is to identify trends and development of the quality of water against the fixed and approved water quality goals, as well as the effect of implemented measures. The joint water monitoring system shall contribute to ensuring that the proposed measures are made.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.

The Contracting Authority emphasises that the exceptions in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-2 c applies to this contract.

Tenders can be submitted for one or more services. Subtenders cannot be submitted within the individual service.
