The Contracting Authority call for tenders for 1 waste autoclave for installation at Haugesund Hospital — Fonna Health Trust.
The autoclave shall be installed at Haugesund Hospital and used to turn waste from medical treatment, in the categories of sharps and infectious waste, into regular residual waste. The waste to be processes is in vapour permeable hazardous waste plastic sacks, that in turn are in hazardous waste sacks made of cardboard. The boxes will be stabled in trolleys that is then rolled into the autoclave The autoclave shall be operated by hospital orderlies at the Hospital's service department.

The current machine has a chamber volume of approx. 5 000 litres. The effective load is approx. 2 000 litres. The outer measurements of the current trolleys are 92 x 87 x 172 cm (Width x Depth x Height). The current routine includes 2 rounds. However, the contracting authority opens for increasing the number of daily rounds if this is proven cost efficient.

The current machine is located in a room with a pit in the floor. The Contracting Authority expects alteration works for this room in connection with the new machine and is willing to execute the necessary work and cover the costs thereof.

Varighet: 120 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority must have the option to expand the contract to include the following products and services:
1) Loading carts/trolley (up to three units);
2) Service contract (see Annex 1 price form and Annex 4 overview of service levels);
3) Training (see Annex 1 price form and Annex 2 requirement specification).
The option must be triggered in writing.

The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documented by presenting a copy of a company registration certificate. Foreign companies shall present proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company. Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.
