RegionData intends to enter into a contract for the delivery of:
— WAN communication, hire and operation of broadband connections for all entities in RegionData's owner municipalities including joint server farms in accordance with the location lists given in Annex 7A Price Form,
— internet access, hire and operation of joint internet access including official IP addresses,
— reserve internet access (redundancy),
— reserve WAN communication (municipality — RegionData) (redundancy) — as an option.
The six municipalities and RegionData current have a network consisting of copper and fiber lines, and 4G is used for some locations. Due to the increasing need for higher speeds and a stable network, a transition to fiber networks and stable redundant solutions is most desirable. The stated contract value is 24 000 000 NOK including extensions, so that the contract value for 4 years is 12 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract must have a duration of 4 years, with an option to extend the contract for 2 years + 2 years for up to a further 4 years. A total maximum of 8 years.
The contract´s length is due to major investment costs for the tenderer, a longer contract will give better predictability and open for a larger tenderer circle.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The price form contains requests for increased fiber speeds, as well as an alternative termination of internet for the lower secondary schools.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
A credit rating of “credit worthy” or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
The tenderer may substantiate their economic and financial position by presenting any document that the contracting authority can accept, e.g. a credit rating not older than 6 months, issued by a certified credit rating agency, Annual Financial Statements from the previous 3 years with the auditor's reports and notes or relevant guarantees. Ability to deliver.
Tenderers are required to have very good implementation ability and an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
