The new airport in Bodø will replace the existing airport in Bodø by 2025-2027. As part of the planning of a new airport in Bodø, Avinor wants to carry out a feasibility study to evalueate and verify, among other things area and volumes needed for the construction of a new state-of-the-art fully automated baggage handling system (BHS).
The findings of this feasibility study shall be presented as aa specification, which briefly describes the BHS system and the proposed features and functions. The specification shall include a brief description of technology and functionality, any references, a sketch for a solution in CAD model or similar 3D illustrations. In addition, the delivery shall include a preliminary plan for implementation with total costs and LCC (life cycle costs).C (livssykluskostnader).

Avinor operates 43 airports in Norway, and Bodø Airport is the most important hub in the region. The new airport in Bodø will replace the existing airport in Bodø by 2025-2027. It is assumed that the new airport will retain the same traffic as today, but normal traffic growth must be taken into account.

As a relatively high percentage of travelers at Bodø Airport is a PRM (passenger with reduced mobility), it is this group's needs because of the hospital's location in the region.
As part of the planning of a new airport in Bodø, Avinor wants to carry out a feasibility study to get assessed and verified, among other things. area and volumes needed to build a new state-of-the-art fully automated luggage handling system. The luggage system shall be capable of handling the departure, arrival and transfer of luggage according to the traffic figures and dimension data specified in the attached document (s).

It is desirable that up to six (6) suppliers carry out separate feasibility studies, and there will be a fixed fee for each of the selected suppliers of 30 000 EUR.
The number of suppliers that will be awarded a contract will be determined on the basis of an evaluation of the tender according to the specified criteria.
If not otherwise stated, the regulations in NS 8401 will apply.
