Sykehusinnkjøp HF hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a Framework Agreement concerning the purchase of ultra-freezers. The ultra-freezers shall be used for storage of patients' samples, cells, tissue samples, etc. The tender competition shall be conducted as an open competition above the EEA threshold value.
The contract concerns delivery of the following product groups:
1) Ultra-freezer cabinets (minimum - 80 C);
2) Ultra-freezer boxes (minimum - 80 C);
3) -150 C freezer boxes;
4) Racks.
The estimate indicates 5 - 60 ultra-freezer cabinets/boxes per year combined for the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. This is an uncertain estimate as there is not sufficient statistics, and the need for ultra freezers varies greatly from year to year. See annex 2 the Price Sheet and annex 3 the Requirement Specification for detailed information, including all requirements for each product group.
