The existing swimming pool at Ortun sixth form college is to be demolished and replaced with a new swimming pool. The swimming pool must include 2 pools with the accompanying functions. The project does not include renovation of the actual school, but will include improvements to the current traffic situation, universal design and arrival situation. The project also includes facilitating the upgrade of the school's technical installations.

The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.

The turnkey contractor (TE) will have all the rigging services for the project.

Varighet: 24 måneder

Option 1): complete matter replacement for roads and open spaces towards the west.

Option 2): Solar panel installations.

The company shall be legally registered. Documentation requirement: companies that are registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the VAT Register do not need to attach documentation. The contracting authority will check the company's organisation number in public registers. Attention is drawn to the fact that it is the organisation number that is on the company's profile for this competition in Mercell that will be checked. For companies that are not registered in the above-mentioned register, the tenderer must provide certificates or confirmation of registration (equivalent to a company registration certificate) in a trade register or company register as described in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company must have satisfactory finances to carry out the assignment. Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will obtain information on the company's economic and financial capacity via Proff Forvalt, (companies that have submitted their accounts to the Brønnøysund Register Company are registered through Proff Forvalt). If the information on Proff Forvalt is not correct, or if supplementary information is required to highlight the company's economic and financial situation, this can be submitted. All the received and any obtained information will form the basis for an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Foreign companies: the company's last 2 auditor approved annual financial statements.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments. The turnkey contractor's experience from relevant assignments in the last 10 years as regards:

— new buildings for swimming pools,

— complexity,

— turnkey contract.

Maximum 5 projects per point.

The stated points above do not need to apply for the same project.
