Førde Central Hospital is a somatic and psychiatric hospital for Sogn og Fjordane County. The hospital is situated at Vie in Førde. The Hospital shall be expanded with approx. 11 000 m new building area and 40 000 m of the existing hospital must be reconstructed. The project must be completed by 2027.

Førde Central Hospital is a somatic and psychiatric hospital for Sogn og Fjordane County. The hospital is situated at Vie in Førde. The Hospital shall be expanded with approx. 11 000 m
The total assignment is divided into 4 lots:
— new building works somatic,
— reconstruction works for the current psychiatry wing,
— reconstruction for the central block, plan 0-3,
— reconstruction for the central block, plan 4-8.
The objective of the project is to provide the Contracting Authority premises that ensure good and socio-economically efficient treatment services. The building shall make it possible to continually develop services offered to the patients and interaction with other sections of the health service. The building must be constructed at a site co-located to the Førde Central Hospital.

All lots must be implemented as a turnkey contract with interaction. The lots are divided into an interaction phase and an execution phase.
The call for tenders is implemented as a contest with negotiations, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations. The contracting process is implemented in accordance with the stages given in the tender documentation.
