It is planned to expand Nygård Skole [Nygård School]. The project primarily consists of the demolition of an existing building, erection of a new 2 storey + loft building, and renovation and reconstruction of the existing competence department.
The new construction is approx. 1 800 m (2 storeys + loft with mechanical room), and will be connected with the existing buildings that are 2 storeys. The new building will contain classrooms and personnel rooms on the ground floor and office premises for the administration on the first floor.

The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract (NS 8407). All executing and engineering design disciplines must be covered by the tenderer.

Varighet: 11 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Pricing must be submitted for the following options:
— upgrading of three rooms in the existing Competence Department,
— new floor coverings in other areas,
— new floor coverings in Vrimelhall,
— replace the existing interior doors,
— replace the existing fire door,
— access control interior doors,
— access control exterior doors,
— external water faucet,
— new HC basin and non-contact mixer tap,
— non-contact mixer tap,
— detached bicycle shed, for parking, small repairs and charging of special bicycles,
— a complete roof-mounted solar panel system,
— new construction to passive house standard,
— delivery, installation and connection of electric hand-dryers.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement for organisational and legal standing: the tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: verification showing that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Minimum annual turnover, once the value of this contract.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the last accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.
Declaration about the company's turnover during the last 2 fiscal years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Delivery capacity requirement: the tenderer must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
Documentation requirement: overview of the tenderer's total manpower, as well as an overview of the number of man-labour years, with competence for special/important disciplines for the execution of the contract.
Contract. How the tenderer will ensure sufficient capacity for this assignment must be reported. A staffing plan for the assignment must be submitted, showing the number of the tenderer's own employees, hired resources, subcontractors, etc.
Requirement: experience is required from comparable assignments. Tenderers must have good experience from the execution of comparable assignments/deliveries.
Documentation requirement: list with an overview of the three more relevant assignments during the last five years. The list must as a minimum contain:
— name of client/Contracting Authority,
— a brief description of the delivery,
— date for the delivery,
— contract value and scope,
— contact person for the individual delivery, as well as telephone number and email address.
Requirement: quality assurance. Tenderers shall have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance.
Documentation requirement: the documentation shall be given in one of the following ways:
Alternative 1: description of the company's procedures regarding quality management;
Alternative 2: if the tenderer has ISO 9001 certification or equivalent standards, it will be satisfactory to present a copy of the valid certificate.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contract will contain a requirement regarding wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the Wages and Working Conditions Regulation of 8.2.2008 No 112/General Tariff Contract Regulation.
The tenderer is required to be associated with an apprentice scheme and that 1 or more of the apprentices participate in the execution of the contract work.
The tenderers are required to have a maximum of 2 links in the supplier chain below them.
