1905, located at the top of the “mound”, must be renovated size (approximate area):
— Building A (constructed 1905), gross floor area of approx.,1 937 m,
— Building B (constructed 1999), gross floor area of approx.,2 860 m,
— Building C, gross floor area of approx. 4 760 m,
— Building D, gross floor area of approx. 850 m,
— Outdoor works cf. the outdoor plan.
