Fet municipality needs more nursery school places for the area surrounding Dalen School.
The objective of the project is to execute the construction of Dalen Nursery School which will be the next-door neighbour to the current Dale School. Dalen nursery school will be a new nursery school with 4 departments. The assignment also includes the development of the outdoor areas. The scope of the contract is to deliver a complete nursery school based on the attached function description. See Part 3 — the Function description for more information.

Reason for the cancellation: Fet municipalty is sorry to inform that the tender competition: Turnkey contract - Dalen Nursery is cancelled. The competition is cancelled pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4. The reasons for cancelling are justified below: Based on the following reasons, the tender competition is cancelled: 1) The received tender is exceeding the municipality's budgetary funding. 2) The contracting authority received only one tender. This means that the objective of a call for tenders has failed. The contracting authority emphasises that there are not any other possibilities than cancelling the competition. Fet municipalty is sorry to inform that the tender competition: Turnkey contract - Dalen Nursery is cancelled. The competition is cancelled pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4. The reasons for cancelling are justified below:
